This is my introduction to recipe’s that I’m posting.
90% of the recipe’s posted here are not my creations. I will try to give credit to other authors when I can – some of these recipe’s are on the backs of very dirty notecards in my kitchen…
I’m using a nifty program called SousChef to upload the recipe’s onto the blog. I’m open to comments & ideas.
I’m going to try and break down the steps pretty easily, and include as many ‘this is what it looks like to me’ or ‘gosh, I tried this and it didn’t work the first time’ type tips as I can.
I anticipate some spelling mistakes – please note these in the comments & I’ll work on editing them!
