- Soy Sauce or Tamari
- Lemon Juice
- Mix equal parts of the Soy Sauce/Tamari, Honey, and Lemon Juice. I usually start out with about a tablespoon of each, sometimes more – rarely less. The key is to taste it. Pour them all in a bowl- stir (to mix in the honey) and then taste it.
- Pour the marinade over the fish.
- Let it sit – typically I put it in a pyrex glass dish with a top- and put it in the fridge. I’ve left it overnight or for 20 min.
- Grill, pan fry (with a little olive oil), bake (350 for 15-20 min), or broil – wrapped in tin foil.
