Pan Fried Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  1. Salmon
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat up a skilett (I use a cast iron one) with the olive oil
  2. Pop the salmon on the heat
  3. Lightly Pepper & Salt
  4. Observe and smell
  5. Flip fish after ~5 min
  6. Salt & pepper this side
  7. Should be ready in about 5 min.

Notes:

I usually use a splatter guard when I cook this – so I don’t get fish parts & oil all over my kitchen.
